Early Payment Default reviews are performed to provide our clients with important and timely feedback regarding the loan quality of the respective transaction and whether the loan meets Agency and/or investor requirements. Components of our Reviews: • Assess the potential reason for default • Evaluate whether the loan is compliant with investor guidelines • Identify any documentation deficiencies • Determine any signs of misrepresentation / fraud
