Canceled, Withdrawn and Denied reviews are performed to provide our clients with important and timely feedback of their reason for the specific action taken. This allows our clients to evaluate their policies and procedures to ensure they meet fair lending requirements and regulatory expectations. Components of our Reviews: • Evaluate Adverse Action Notice is completed accurately and meets the required timeframe issuance • Determine the reason for decline or withdrawal was appropriate and properly dispositioned per ECOA guidelines. • Determine the reason for decline or withdrawal was documented in accordance with state and federal regulations.
