Before being named president and COO in June 2020, Jason led and managed multiple compliance and QC functions at the two largest regional mortgage lenders in St. Louis as well as top 10 mortgage lenders nationwide over his almost two decades in the mortgage industry. Jason has built and overhauled multiple QC programs, as well as revamped numerous Operation and Compliance processes, bringing a wealth of knowledge to CAS and its clients. Jason also serves on the CAS board of directors.

Kiri brings over 20 years of mortgage experience to her role as VP of Operations. Kiri's primary responsibilities include overseeing daily re-processing operations and pipeline management for CAS, as well as data integrity and training initiatives. Prior to joining CAS, Kiri assisted in the development of multiple audit platforms, processes and procedures, and training initiatives within the Audit and Compliance space at industry leading compliance vendors and at a top 10 nationwide mortgage lender.
